This house is so close to downtown Knoxville. Even though you may work in the city, you can come home to this little slice of country living.
The City of Knoxville picks up the trash. A trash bin is provided. The garbage can is on wheels so that you can conveniently roll your trash out to the edge of the street. Brush is also picked up on a regular schedule. Refer to the City of Knoxville schedule for specific dates.
Why do this?
- Because many people are downsizing to smaller homes
- Because it is more private than living in an apartment
The inviting front porch and deck are good indoor/outdoor living spaces.
Front Porch Charm:
- covered front porch
- full-glass storm door provides excellent sunlight and views
- private enclosed front porch nook
- outdoor/indoor spaces for enjoying the lawn and large trees

Small Bathroom with a Tub:
The bathroom is small but very efficient with all the necessities, a bathtub with a tub surround, plus a vintage medicine cabinet.

Dining Room – adjacent to the kitchen. This is not a modern “open floor plan” home. Each room has a distinct purpose.

Living Room – with a full glass front storm door for great lighting and views.
